During the latter part of the 13th century and the early part of the 15th century, San Miguel was a wilderness where the native Aetas used to sojourn while making their livelihood by hunting and fishing. When the Malayans came the aetas were driven out from their homes, thus giving way to the superior settlers. The Malayans increased in number. |
