• Tax incentives may be availed of based on the schedule of payment of taxes under the tax incentive code effective January 27, 2011.

• A registered enterprise under the Ordinance shall enjoy a reduction of Business Taxes based on capital investment, gross sales/receipts earned or realized during the preceding calendar year.
